1. What Mirra is
Mirra is an aesthetic and wellness app. It analyzes selfies to provide a cosmetic skin score and routine suggestions. Mirra does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a medical device. Consult a dermatologist for skin concerns.
2. Subscriptions
- Plans are offered as monthly, yearly, and lifetime options. Pricing and any free trial are shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Subscriptions.
- A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
3. Acceptable use
- You must be at least 13 years old; skin analysis declines photos that appear to show a person under 16.
- Only submit photos of yourself.
4. Content and results
Skin scores and routines are AI-generated aesthetic estimates and may vary between scans. They are suggestions, not guarantees of results. Product category recommendations are generic; patch-test new products and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
5. Liability
Mirra is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
